i’m infatuated….

I love blogs.  When reading them, I often end up on a journey where the destination is completely unknown.  Click this link, then that one and every now and then I land upon a page that completely takes my breath away.  Happened last week and I’m dying to share.

Check out The New Victorian Ruralist.  Authored by James Snowden, its a glimpse at the inspiration behind his store, Finderskeepers Market.  Looks like a trip to Mount Sterling, KY is on the books…..

And a million gay hearts went pitter-patter…

THREE WORDS….

CAN.  NOT.  WAIT.

P.s.  We are working hard on our winter collection and one of the fragrances, Wellington’s Conservatory smells like what I imagine the club to smell like.  Well, minus the scent of Cher’s hairspray.

I smiled…

Thank you to my dear friend Nima, the Uber-talented designer behind the brand Lunares, for sharing this with me …..

I cried

I originally started this blog as a way to share what inspires me.  With the amazing success of Royal Apothic, it has evolved as a way to share exciting news with all our fans.  I’m really happy with everything, but I also don’t want to neglect giving a glimpse behind the scenes on inspiration. It’s rare that I am moved by commercials, but this one I cannot resist passing on.  I dont want to politically charge the blog, but the issues of global warming are very real and it is up to us to make a difference, no matter how small.  Please take a moment to watch this….
